Highlights

  • • Work proceeds after written authorization and agreed-upon deposits.
  • • Change orders and schedule shifts are documented before crews are remobilized.
  • • Safety, environmental controls, and city compliance remain shared responsibilities.
  • • Warranties cover workmanship; external damage or misuse is excluded.

Scope of services

  • All proposals detail scope, exclusions, schedule projections, and payment structure. Written approval is required before mobilization.
  • Change orders initiated by the client or third parties must be documented in writing and may adjust pricing and timelines accordingly.
  • Site access, utilities, and permits provided by the client must be ready before crews arrive to avoid delay charges.

Payment terms

  • Standard payment cadence follows the schedule listed on the executed agreement (progress draws, milestone payments, or lump sum).
  • Invoices are due within the timeframe indicated on the contract. Late balances may accrue interest and pause active work.
  • Materials or equipment ordered specifically for your project remain property of Concrete Contractors of Plano until paid in full.

Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate site information, including underground utilities, easements, and access restrictions.
  • Maintain safe access for ready-mix trucks, pump rigs, and crew vehicles throughout the project.
  • Coordinate third-party trades whose work intersects with concrete pours (steel, plumbing, electrical, HVAC).

Warranties

  • Structural concrete workmanship is warranted against defects in materials and labor for one year unless otherwise specified.
  • Warranties are void if follow-up trades damage concrete surfaces, grading is altered, or loads exceed design specifications.
  • Repair or replacement is limited to the affected area and does not cover consequential or incidental damages beyond the pour.

Partner expectations

Our team stays transparent on schedules, inspections, and pour quality. We expect the same clarity from partners and clients so crews stay productive and compliant. Keep communication open to resolve issues quickly and keep projects on track.
