Scope of services
- • Concrete Contractors of Plano operates as a marketing and referral service that connects commercial property owners with qualified concrete contractors. We do not directly perform concrete construction work.
- • When you submit a project inquiry, we share your information with licensed concrete professionals in our network, including Inner Loop Construction, who may contact you to provide estimates and services.
- • All concrete work is performed by independent contractors. Service agreements, warranties, and payment terms are established directly between you and the contractor you select.
- • We facilitate introductions and may earn referral fees from contractors in our network when projects are successfully matched.
No guarantees
- • We do not guarantee that contractors in our network will accept your project, provide specific pricing, or meet particular timelines.
- • Project outcomes, quality of work, safety compliance, and adherence to building codes are the sole responsibility of the contractor you hire.
- • We are not liable for delays, defects, cost overruns, or disputes arising from work performed by third-party contractors.
- • Any warranties, insurance coverage, or performance guarantees are provided directly by the contractor, not by Concrete Contractors of Plano.
Non-circumvention
- • If we introduce you to a contractor through our referral service, you agree not to circumvent our referral relationship for a period of 24 months from the date of introduction.
- • This means you will not directly engage introduced contractors for additional projects during this period without notifying us and honoring applicable referral arrangements.
- • This clause ensures fair compensation for our role in facilitating the business relationship.
Provider disclosure and limitations
- • Contractors in our network are independent businesses. We perform basic credential verification but do not control their day-to-day operations.
- • You are responsible for verifying contractor licenses, insurance coverage, references, and qualifications before entering into any service agreement.
- • We make no representations about contractor availability, pricing competitiveness, or fitness for your specific project requirements.
Referral service disclosure
Concrete Contractors of Plano provides marketing and contractor referral services only. We connect you with independent concrete contractors but do not perform construction work ourselves. All project agreements, pricing, warranties, and work performance are between you and the contractor you choose to hire. We earn referral fees when successful matches are made.
